About Dante Nero

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, comedian Dante Nero has climbed through the ranks of the New York comedy scene over the last 10 years. He can be seen all over the city, performing at the Comic Strip, Caroline's on Broadway, the Comedy Cellar and Stand-Up New York.

Dante's credits include co-starring opposite Channing Tatum and Terrence Howard in the major motion picture "Fighting." He has also been seen on ABC's "Cupid," FOX's "Fringe," HBO's "Everyday People" and "Chappelle's Show" on Comedy Central.

When he's not acting and performing on stages across the New York metro area, Dante co-hosts a radio program with fellow comedian Patrice O'Neal on Sirius/XM satellite radio called the "Black Philip Show."

Dante is currently featured in the indie film "Big Shot Caller" and stars in a forthcoming documentary series called "Bounced" which follows the lifestyle of NYC bar/club bouncers. He can also be seen in the Comedy Central show, "Russell Simmons Presents Stand-Up at the El Rey."
