The Do’s and Don’ts of Office Attire

Offices have a lot of rules: Don’t share confidential company info. Clean up after yourself in the break room. Don’t bone your boss on her desk. But no matter where you work, there are spoken and unspoken rules about office attire, and these are always the most important. Let Adam, Blake and Ders guide you through the major corporate fashion hits and misses.
DON’T: Blind everyone in your office with a metallic suit.

DO: Impress your new coworkers with a well-managed, slicked-back ponytail.

DON’T: Show up on your first day dressed like a white rapper who goes by the name “Ice.”–that-snipes-life
DO: Live that Snipes Life.

DON’T: Leave home without your oversized denim jacket.
DO: Stay warm with a bear coat complete with a lifelike head for a hood.

DON’T: Spend your entire paycheck on said bear coat. Make sure to save at least five bucks to spend on snacks and weed.
DO: Dress festively for your favorite holiday in a poinsettia vest, a seasonal cardigan or a traditional red-and-green combo.

DON’T: Let anyone tell you that Half Christmas is not a real holiday.
