Visit the Great Barrier Reef (While You Still Can)

A little bit of it is still alive.

We have good news and bad news. The bad news is that Australia’s Great Barrier Reef — one of the most awe-inspiring wonders of the natural world — is rapidly dying thanks to climate change. The good news is that it’s not completely dead yet, just well on its way!

Check out what happened on Jim’s recent trip to the reef. If you’re not packing your bags after this, we’ll be shocked.—uncensored
Look at all that bleached coral! It’s kind of majestic, in a bleak and incredibly depressing way. Imagine what it would be like to see that decay in person — not to mention the small parts of the reef that haven’t been killed off yet! Come on, treat yourself. You deserve it.

After all, why should Australia’s economy suffer just because powerful lobbyists have kept the Great Barrier Reef off of UNESCO’s endangered sites list? We say: If the reef’s going down, Australia might as well enjoy one last tourism boom before it all goes to hell.

See you there, mate!
