Joe Zimmerman

Praised for an accessible style that pairs absurdity with a wide-eyed, aw-shucks demeanor, New York City-based comedian Joe Zimmerman released his debut album, "Smiling at Wolves," earlier this year. It reached number two on the iTunes charts and was met with positive critical reviews in January 2014.

In 2013, Joe made his Comedy Central debut on John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show. He also made his late-night debut on "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," and he was chosen as one of the acclaimed New Faces at Just For Laughs Montreal. BuzzFeed named him a top comic to watch, saying, "Joe's calming vocalization and inventive writing is a thing of magic. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more enjoyable show."

Joe grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and began doing comedy in North Carolina after graduating from Davidson College. He is an original member of the Beards of Comedy who toured from 2008-2012 as one of the most highly requested tours in the Southeast.
