Daniel made his network debut on "The Late Show with David Letterman" and has returned to perform several times since. Daniel has also appeared multiple times on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." His other television credits include "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "Last Call with Carson Daly," "Premium Blend" (Comedy Central), "Best Week Ever" (VH1), "The Test" (FX), "Friday Night Stand-Up" (Comedy Central), "Punk'd" (MTV) and "Live at Gotham" (Comedy Central). In 2002, he taped his first stand-up special, "Comedy Central Presents Daniel Tosh," at the Hudson Theatre in New York City. While still living in Florida, Daniel hosted his own popular late-night television show, "Tens."

Daniel has performed at the most significant comedy festivals across the globe. In 1998, he appeared in the New Faces show at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival. Due to the great response he generated, he was invited to return two years later in his own televised gala at the St. Denis Theatre. Additionally, Daniel has turned in triumphant festival performances in New Zealand and Kilkenny, Ireland, and he's performed multiple times at the HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado.

In 2006, Daniel was named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch." Daniel's premiere CD, "True Stories I Made Up," was released in November of 2005 through Comedy Central Records. His hour-long stand-up special, "Completely Serious," premiered on Comedy Central in June 2007. Since then, he was featured in the Mike Myers' film "The Love Guru," he lent his voice to HBO's "The Life and Times of Tim," and he has hosted "Live at Gotham" for Comedy Central.

Daniel's second one-hour stand-up special for Comedy Central, "Happy Thoughts," aired in 2011. He hosts Comedy Central's "Tosh.0," a topical weekly series that takes on everything the Internet has to offer. When not performing comedy, Daniel surfs, gambles and continues to pursue his interests in acting, hosting and writing.
